- Permanently encasing the concrete with insulation provides the perfect environment for concrete to cure and to gain maximum strength. Insulating the concrete as it is poured can reduce thermal shrinkage
- Open plan space can be more easily created as the walls can offer greater loading capabilities than traditional build methods
