Living Wall Green Build
When it was decided to replace the Grant Thorold Library in Grimsby, the town’s architects wanted to create something special. As well as creating a building with lots of glass and natural light they still wanted something that was energy efficient, and secure and when they said it was to be a Green building they really went for it with Britains first Living Wall outside London. And underneath the Living Wall the City’s architectural team chose Polarwall for the fabric of their structure.
To aid security Polarwall’s technical department worked with a metal shutter company to develop electric security shutters specifically for use with the Polarwall building system.
